I didn’t set out to work in IT. Back in 1993, I was on track to become a Physical Therapist when I was unexpectedly handed an IT role—something I knew nothing about at the time. There was no Google, no YouTube tutorials, and the Internet wasn’t even a thing yet. So, I learned the old-school way: by reading manuals and figuring it out on the job.

Over time, I realized how much I enjoyed the challenge. I left my Physical Therapy plans behind and dove fully into a career in technology. It felt right—and I’ve never looked back.

After working with a number of large corporations, the landscape changed dramatically after 9/11. That moment forced me to step back and really look at where the industry was heading. I saw a big gap in support for small businesses—an entire Managed Services space that wasn’t being tapped into yet.

Since then, I’ve worked for several Managed Services Providers, learning the ins and outs of what small and midsize businesses truly need from their IT partner. I bring decades of experience, a hands-on approach, and a real passion for helping people use technology to succeed.

In my spare time, I like to go camping and off-roading with my family to get away from the everyday work life. Family is critical to me, so my wife and I love spending time with our kids and grandkids. Our family is centered on strong values, which we have transitioned over into our business.
